If you have forgotton your Username and Brand Promoter #:

1. Check Your Enrollment E-Mail.
   When you enrolled with , you should have received an email which included your Username and your Promoter #.
2. Contact Your Sponsor or a Member of Your Upline.
   Your sponsor or a member of your upline will be able to search the backoffice for your Promoter #.
